Granted, what I am about to say is not the newly released model, but I have had two UltraLoq deadbolts. The features are amazing. The reliability has caused me to replace them. Tech support was lacking until a supervisor stepped in. They have a long way to go to be a serious contender for my property. I’m sticking with brands I know. I really wanted to like the UltraLoq deadbolts because they were able to be opened remotely, program temporary codes, and have fingerprint readers. All that proved to be unreliable. We resorted to using the key. So much for the high tech.
